As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number included in the e-mail. We send the e-mail to the e-mail address that you provided when you placed your order.

It's simple. You will provide the email with which you signed up with and your order number. Once you fill out the form, you'll then be able to print out a return label which you should use when mailing back your return.
