Here we have the most commonly asked questions about Nicky Jameson's art.

Shipping

Which shipping company do you use?

We use UPS or Fedex. A tracking number will be provided when your order is shipped. Average shipping/delivery time is between 2-7 days. You are responsible for any Customs and Duties.

Where do you ship to?

We are pleased to say we ship all over the world. With 15 printing and manufacturing centers in five different countries your shipping costs are very economical and in many cases equal to or cheaper than local postage rates - and fast. Place your order today, and it will be on its way to you within 2 - 3 business days. If you can receive a package via UPS or FedEx, then we can ship your art or home décor item to you!

How much is shipping?

The shipping cost depends on the weight and destination. You will be provided with the shipping cost at checkout. You are responsible for any customs and duties. Rest assured that the safest, and most cost effective shipping method is used for shipping your artwork.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We are unable to ship to a PO Box so please ensure you provide your full address including street number.

How will my order be packed?

Extremely well. Once printed our expert printers will pack your artwork professionally and securely for shipping to you

How will I know when my order ships?

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number included in the e-mail. We send the e-mail to the e-mail address that you provided when you placed your order.

When will my order be delivered?

Your artwork will be on its way to you within 2 - 3 business days. Please allow at least 5-7 days for delivery.

Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

Our return policy is very simple:

If you're not happy with a purchase, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. Please contact Nicky Jameson for specific details on how to do this. As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note - we do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges or customs and duties unless the return is due to a defect in quality. If there is a defect you will be asked to provide photographs of the item showing the defect. Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be processed after photos and/or return of the item.

If you've hesitated to purchase artwork online in the past, why not give us a try? You have nothing to lose!

What if I need to return an order?

It's simple. You will provide the email with which you signed up with and your order number. Once you fill out the form, you'll then be able to print out a return label which you should use when mailing back your return. Please contact Nicky Jameson for details if you have a question and before returns.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and most Visa and MasterCard credit cards for payment. Your payment information is encrypted and is never seen.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. We take your privacy very seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy for details.

What if I need help ordering? Can I order by phone?

It's simple, easy and safe to order your art online. However if you would like to place and order by phone please call. We can take payment over the phone and even send you an invoice for payment via your credit card. Your art will be shipped as soon as funds have cleared.

Artwork

Can I hang my canvas in a bathroom?

Yes you can - as long as you keep it away from direct contact with water.

How do I know if the artwork will be the right size for my wall?

Check some to scale wall mock-ups in the gallery to get a general sense of scale and size.

How can I see the artwork detail?

Simply hover over the artwork, then click the magnifying glass icon that appears over the picture.

Are your canvases considered archival quality?

Yes. Our Canvases are digital prints produced on inkjet and latex printers. We only use archival quality inks and artist grade canvases.

Do you include hanging hardware with your canvases, metal and acrylic prints?

Yes. All canvas, metal, acrylic framed art and wood prints and artwork arrive ready to hang. A description of the hanging hardware is contained along with the print description.

I have purchased one of your prints. Can I re-print or re-publish or share it?

No. All images in this gallery and content on this site are Copyright ©Nicky Jameson, all rights reserved. Copying, altering, displaying or redistribution of any of these images, without written permission from the artist is strictly prohibited. Purchasing images and or prints does not alter the Artist's Copyright. If you have any questions about licensing please contact the Artist Nicky Jameson directly.
