One of my latest creations is photograph and mixed media digitally painted on canvas featuring the Lifeguard Station in the Toronto Beaches. Behind you can also see the Boardwalk - I blended this photo in to give the overall compositions some additional perspective. Old script and framing and artistic elements add a finishing touch. I remember very well the day I took the photographs for this artwork... it had been snowing fairly hard and the red of the Lifeguard Station stood out. I asked myself what I was doing out on such a bleak day, however there was something quite beautiful about it.
